Our first CPD day today, this is where we teach the Indian teachers Numeracy and Phonics. We had half the time on each subject covering lots of concepts. We looked at phonic sounds, phase 1 and 2 , and many ways of using apparatus for counting such as cubes, number lines and number shapes. We all had a fantastic time and had many laughs.
